Transform\u0103rile digitale majore, cum ar fi realitatea virtual\u0103 \u0219i augmentat\u0103, analiza Big Data sau securitatea cibernetic\u0103 necesit\u0103 noi competen\u021be \u0219i, la r\u00e2ndul lor, au impact asupra dezvolt\u0103rii capacit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i asupra dezvolt\u0103rii competen\u021belor pentru economia digital\u0103 din secolul 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Industria se confrunt\u0103 cu transformarea sa digital\u0103, iar sectorul mobilierului nu este imun la aceast\u0103 transformare. Abilit\u0103\u021bile ecologice vor fi necesare pentru toate sectoarele \u0219i la toate nivelurile for\u021bei de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acordul european ecologic \u0219i noul plan de ac\u021biune privind economia circular\u0103 a Comisiei Europene vor accelera tranzi\u021bia industriei c\u0103tre o economie mai circular\u0103. Viitorul companiilor va fi, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eendoial\u0103, mai mult \u201edigital\u201d, dar \u0219i mai \u201everde\u201d (ecologic).
