Reorganizarea modelului de afacere \u0219i economie circular\u0103<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>These previous statements<\/strong> <strong>are all crucial for the competitiveness of the Small and medium-sized enterprises \u2013 SMEs <\/strong>(Source: S3 \u2013 Smart Specialisation Strategies roadmaps 2017 \u2013 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Unfortunately, SMEs<\/strong>, especially those belonging to traditional manufacturing sectors, <strong>do not often have specific sets of competencies \u2013 like digital skills, green skills and soft skills \u2013 needed to activate innovation and technological transfer processes<\/strong> underpinning S3 roadmaps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>In parallel, Higher Education Institutions in Europe are not training enough people on the needed skills for the modern society and are not contributing enough to innovation where they are located<\/strong> (Source: An agenda for the modernisation of higher education\u2019 released on 28\/02\/2017).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong><strong>Obiective specifice<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"230\" src=\"https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-1024x230.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-892\" srcset=\"https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-1024x230.png 1024w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-300x67.png 300w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-768x173.png 768w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-1536x345.png 1536w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-2048x460.png 2048w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-732x165.png 732w, https:\/\/intride.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/image2-01-1140x256.png 1140w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">1. <strong>Developing a Joint Master Degree programme<\/strong> addressed to students (graduated or post graduated) or company employees for a multidisciplinary profile (designer + soft\/digital\/green skills) based on authentic teaching \u2013 training supplied directly by company\u2019s staff, thanks also to practical activities \u2013 on work-based learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">2. <strong>Stimulating HEIs\u2019 offer modernisation and adaptation to industry world needs<\/strong> \/ HE system getting closer to business needs, perspective and businesses benefiting from high level competences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Dezvoltarea interac\u021biunii continue \u00een cadrul comunit\u0103\u021bii \u00cenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt Superior \u2013 Industrie prin crearea unei platforme a acestei comunit\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4><strong>Principalele rezultate a\u0219teptate \u0219i de impact<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Crearea \u00een colaborare a unui curriculum comun<\/strong> pentru un designer (pornind de la abilit\u0103\u021bile de creativitate) cu abilit\u0103\u021bi digitale, ecologice \u0219i mai ales sociale <strong>are ca scop crearea unui set echilibrat de cuno\u0219tin\u021be pentru a satisface nevoile pie\u021bei muncii<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Alian\u021ba care reprezint\u0103 un triunghi de parteneri-cheie<\/strong>: institu\u021bii de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt superior, parteneri tehnologici (organiza\u021bii \/ centre ale institu\u021biilor de cercetare \u00een sine), clustere -
