Este clar vizibil faptul c\u0103 deficitele de competen\u021b\u0103 identificate \u00een toate domeniile analizate sunt limitate la competen\u021be specifice unice, a c\u0103ror lips\u0103 se simte puternic. Trebuie remarcat faptul c\u0103 rezultatele ob\u021binute sunt dificil de interpretat din cauza a dou\u0103 circumstan\u021be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>un num\u0103r limitat de responden\u021bi; <\/li><li>modul specific de a r\u0103spunde la \u00eentreb\u0103ri individuale: observ\u0103m o corela\u021bie clar\u0103 \u0219i ridicat\u0103 \u00eentre r\u0103spunsurile la \u00eentreb\u0103ri separate despre cele mai importante abilit\u0103\u021bi, punctele forte ale organiz\u0103rii \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te aceste abilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i cele mai importante abilit\u0103\u021bi \u00een perspectiva a 3-5 ani, \u00een fiecare dintre domeniile de competen\u021b\u0103 individuale.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus fa\u021b\u0103 de sondaj, la 17 iunie 2020, la sediul Castelului Cieszyn, a fost organizat un atelier cu produc\u0103tori tradi\u021bionali, la care au participat urm\u0103toarele companii:\nAtelierul de design Dinksy, Brut\u0103ria Croma , Funda\u021bia By\u0107 Razem (brand: Well Done), ZPH Roman Pilch, Fabrica de modele ceramice Kosak, 3 Soft S.A.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu toate acestea, pe baza studiului, au ap\u0103rut mai multe concluzii sintetice:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Exist\u0103 un deficit \u00een domeniul logisticii avansate printre abilit\u0103\u021bile tehnice.<\/li><li>Printre abilit\u0103\u021bile digitale exist\u0103 un deficit \u00een domeniul cloud computing, a c\u0103rui importan\u021b\u0103 va cre\u0219te \u00een urm\u0103torii 3-5 ani.<\/li><li>Printre abilit\u0103\u021bile din domeniul designului exist\u0103 un deficit \u00een domeniul cercet\u0103rii pentru design.<\/li><li>Printre abilit\u0103\u021bile ecologice exist\u0103 un deficit \u00een domeniul materialelor avansate \u0219i ecologice. \u00cen plus, responden\u021bii prezic o cre\u0219tere a importan\u021bei abilit\u0103\u021bilor \u00een domeniul eficien\u021bei energetice \u0219i al controlului polu\u0103rii \u00een urm\u0103torii 3-5 ani.<\/li><li>Exist\u0103 un deficit \u00een domeniul comunic\u0103rii \u0219i al gestion\u0103rii timpului printre abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bionale. \u00cen plus, importan\u021ba ambelor abilit\u0103\u021bi va cre\u0219te \u00een urm\u0103torii 3-5 ani. O mare aten\u021bie este acordat\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bii de a lucra \u00een grup, independen\u021bei, responsabilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i autoorganiz\u0103rii.<\/li><li>Produc\u0103torii consider\u0103 c\u0103, din perspectiva lor, abilit\u0103\u021bile socio-emo\u021bionale constituie cea mai important\u0103 zon\u0103 a dezvolt\u0103rii dorite a organiza\u021biei lor.<\/li><li>Companiile chestionate prefer\u0103 cu siguran\u021b\u0103 metode de instruire, cum ar fi: instruire la fa\u021ba locului, metod\u0103 mixt\u0103 \u0219i instruire tradi\u021bional\u0103 \u00een grupuri mici.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 dori\u021bi, pute\u021bi s\u0103 urm\u0103ri\u021bi scurtmetrajul care face un rezumat al atelierului de lucru organizat cu antreprenori <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4EgzHeFZab4\" target=\"_blank\">aici<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some results of the Polish part of the Intride project were presented during the international conference on Territorial and Inter-Organizational Cooperation\u2019 2020. The conference&nbsp; took place on 23-24.09.2020 in Brenna, Poland, organized by WSB University and addressed&nbsp; to&nbsp; researchers&nbsp; and&nbsp; practitioners,&nbsp; dealing&nbsp; with&nbsp; different&nbsp; aspects&nbsp; of&nbsp; territorial&nbsp; and&nbsp; inter-organizational cooperation in the context of local, regional and international dimension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lubomira Trojan de la Castelul Cieszyn, care este partener \u00een cadrul proiectului Intride, \u00eempreun\u0103 cu Ewa Szkudlarek, \nau prezentat aspecte selectate ale cercet\u0103rii efectuate \u00een cadrul pachetului de lucru WP3 din proiectului Intride. Ea s-a concentrat asupra problemei competen\u021belor socio-emo\u021bionale ale angajatului, care sunt a\u0219teptate de IMM-uri pe perioada pandemiei COVID-19.
